Hi guys. My system's been acting up, like I mentioned in this other thread: http://www.sevenforums.com/hardware-devices/203617-monitor-switches-off-randomly.html

i was planning to get a new card but just havent gotten down to it. Today i was just using Internet Explorer when a BSOD happened, and the error code was as specified in the thread title. I'm using Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, AMD Athlon II X4 620 2.6Ghz, a 2-year old Powercolor Ati Radeon HD4870, an 8-year old Philips 107T CRT monitor, 4GB RAM, 600W power supply.

Please take a look at the attached files and kindly advise. Thank you.

Make sure the videocard heatsink is free of dust? Also, try installing some more recent drivers for it.

I'm using the latest drivers. The 12.1 preview. How do i check whether its free of dust? Took it out, and cleaned the fan .
