Currently I have been constantly getting a black screen. Everything locks up than computer crashes. Error report should be in attachments.

I recently performed a format on my computer, my hard drive was becoming to full so i just got rid of it all. Performed updates on computer downloaded the 266.58 Nvidia graphics drivers. A couple of days later the 270.xx drivers were launched. That's when my problems began to happen.

Just yesterday I removed the 270.xx drivers and ran driver cleaner in safe mode to get the rest. Started my computer normally and installed the 266.58 drivers. I still get the crashes.

Any idea's i dont think im the only person thats getting this.

These are virtually identical and point to a video driver/card, heat, or power.

I do notice a 3year old raid driver, macaffee (which causes BSOD'sa on some systems). It was an attempt to reset your video card but it took far to long and timed out hence the BC 116.

I would re-install whatever version you had before the crashes started using the below methods.

When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

I performed the steps before i made the post. Was wondering if anyone was able to define the reason why its crashign through the crash reports.

Only by a process of elimination. Minidumps tell us what caused it (sometimes) but nor why. It could be a driver, video ram, card itself, heat, power, gpu fan, OS problems, etc.

You can keep an eye on the temps using CPUID and the more BSOD's we have the better.
