Hello ! Welcome to SF !

Seems like the issue is with the nVidia Display card. Reinstall nVidia display drivers. Check this link for assistance. nVidia Driver Cleanup Guide !! « Captain Debugger

Check this article on this Bugcheck http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lo...op-0x116-video_tdr_error-troubleshooting.html

Update the Drivers:

Code:
ASACPI.sys Fri Aug 13 08:22:52 2004
ATITool.sys Fri Nov 10 18:38:51 2006
nvoclock.sys Wed Sep 05 07:56:31 2007
Check this article Driver Troubleshooting !! « Captain Debugger

Regarding ASACPI.sys uninstall all the Asus related Utilities then go to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers and rename ASACPI.sys to ASACPI.old

If you have Overclocked your Graphic card under clock it and uninstall ATITool Overclocking Utility. Overclocking can end up in Bluescreen.

Hope this helps,
Captain
