Hey!

I've been recently getting a lot of BSOD's while gaming and my setup has been a lot more unstable than before. I'm not too great at this stuff so I would appreciate any help you guys could give.

I figured problem might be in the RAM so I ran a memtest but it succeeded so I'm out of ideas and have no spare parts to troubleshoot with.
The temperatures seem to be fine and the pc hasn't had anything upgraded or anything.
Attached my report thingie.

it looks like a major processor issue, keep an eye on your CPU and see what happens when the machine crashes.

Hello, Picc and welcome to the forums. You did a good job putting in your system specs, but if you would could I get you to put the rest of them in including your PSU and CPU cooler. These are the instructions I usually give, maybe they will help you. If you want to know what we like, on the bottom left of this post, click 'My System Specs' and see mine. Please include as much detail as you can and include the Model Number and Manufacturer.

Please fill out your System Specs

   Information
Your System Specs will help us to help you, and doing it in this manner will make them available to all helpers in every post and keep us from hunting for them. We ask that you fill them out in as much detail as possible including Desktop or Laptop, Model number if it is an OEM computer and all components with the Manufacturer and Model number if possible.

If you will go to your last post and click the 'System Specs' in the bottom left of the post, you will find a link to update your system specs. Please fill those out in as much detail as possible, making sure to click save at the bottom of the page. If you would like to know what we would like, you can click 'My System Specs' at the bottom left of this post to see mine. If you do not know what your components are, this will help you accomplish this task. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/180324-system-info-see-your-system-specs.html

Also, please open an elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

All of your dump files are the same

Code:
[COLOR=red]WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124)[/COLOR]
A fatal hardware error has occurred. Parameter 1 identifies the type of error
source that reported the error. Parameter 2 holds the address of the
WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure that describes the error conditon.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, Machine Check Exception
Arg2: fffffa800d18a8f8, Address of the WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure.
Arg3: 0000000000000000, High order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.
Arg4: 0000000000000000, Low order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.

You are having an )X124 error. A 124 is a Generic error that says some piece of hardware is failing/has failed or that you have a very bad driver that is causing a piece of hardware to act as though it is failing. Unfortunately, it gives no information of which component is causing the error.

Have you added/changed any hardware or software recently? If you are overclocking, please set everything back to default levels. Also, please use monitoring tools that will allow you to see your CPU and GPU temps at all times. If you need some suggestions, I can give you a couple. What brand of 780 TI do you have and do you have a sound card or any other pcie cards? Please include in your system specs all had drives/SSDs you have.

Also, please download to make sure you have the latest Direct X installed http://support.microsoft.com/kb/179113

Thanks for the warm welcome. :)

Okay, I updated what I could get in my system specs. The processor cooler is stock piece of shit and I know I probably should've gotten a new one already. While monitoring my temps with SpeedFan the CPU doesn't go over 60C so I don't think the crashes are temperature related. My DirectX is up to date and sfc /scannow found no violations. I haven't modified the computer in couple months, latest upgrade was the gpu. Is there any simple way to check if my drivers are up to date?

No, there is no simple way, and don't use any of the 'driver finder apps', they will cause you more problems than they are worth. This is your Motherboard's web site. Go there and check the latest drivers against the ones you have https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A78LMUSB3/HelpDesk/. Each one you should be able to go to Device manager, expand the section, right click and select properties and click on the driver tab. That will tell you which version you have.

try this. First reinstall your graphics driver using this method. And install only the Graphics Driver and the PhysX driver, nothing else. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/327414-nvidia-drivers-avoid-problems.html.

Also download and install CPUz, if you don't already have it. CPU-Z | Softwares | CPUID Post screenshots of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory and SPD tabs. On the SPD tab you can select each Dimm slot from a drop down list in the upper left, just post screenshots of the slots that contain memory.

Here are screenshots of CPU-Z. Cpu has two different speeds rotating so I included both pics. All the slots on SPD have exactly same values so I didnt post multiples.

Apparently unplugging the memory sticks and plugging them back in allowed the pc to run games for 15+ hours without crashing. Now I got a bluescreen again. Does this point out to any specific problem or how does unplugging and plugging memory sticks back in help? :o

Simply a Generic Hardware error. Since it appeared to act better after reseating the ram and because, fo my purposes, and yours I would want to check the ram first.

Please Run Memtest86+

picture.php

   Information
Please download from this site only http://www.memtest.org/ in the middle of the page are the Download links, you can download the ISO.zip or the Auto USB Flash Drive installer.zip

Extract the Zip file. If you chose the ISO image, burn it to a CD using Windows Disk Image Burner or any Image burner you may have. If you downloaded the Auto USB installer, extract it, insert your USB 2.0 Flash Drive and take note of the drive letter. Run the installer, select the Flash Drive Letter, check the format box and press next. It will install memtest86+ to a flash drive. You can use either V4.20 or V5.01. Boot from your selected media. If you use V5.01 it will tell you to press certain buttons at the start, please press no buttons. The test will begin on it's own and continue to run until you stop it. It needs to run for 8 complete passes or until you receive an error. If you receive an error, stop the test. Even 1 error is a fail. Each pass tests a different part of the ram and each of the 10 tests in each pass tests something different. It takes a minimum of 8 passes run consecutively to completely test the ram, more passes are better. It is quite a long test and will take several hours depending on how much ram you have. Due to the time length it is best to run overnight. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask
