Hi there,

my pc shows a bluescreen while starting any programm or option in which I need to accept the uac popup. A graphic failure is shown and the bluescreen pops up. When I deactivate the uac the prog just starts fine.
There is also an issue in which the display gets black for a sec and windows shows that the display driver stopped responding and has recovered. Maybe it belongs together. Games are running without any problem. The problems just occur while using win7.
I tried other/older display driver but the problem with the bluescreen just changes into a freezed system with a green screen. Short black screen still occurs.

Don't know if this helps: BCCode and BCP1 are always the same. The other codes vary.

I would be pleased for any help!

Hi and Welcome to SF
The minidumps both have stop code 1E. This can be anything but I guess it is either device drivers or system services that somehow conflict and caused BSODs
Please remove any virtual CD program such as Deamon tool or Alcohol 120%, they are notorious for causing BSODs. Then use this tool to remove sptd.sys, component of those virtual cd software
DuplexSecure - Downloads

Also, In looking through your drivers, I see that you have AVG anti virus installed. AVG is known to cause BSOD, on some systems. I suggest that you uninstall it while trouble shooting using the uninstall tool > Info > Tool (32bit) - Tool (64 bit). If you have AVG Identity Protection installed, uninstall it also >Info > Tool[FONT=&quot]. I recommend that you install MSE and make sure Windows Firewall is turned on.
(I don't say that AVG causing the problem, I suggest you to do so just for testing purpose only)

Code:
BugCheck 1E, {ffffffffc0000046, fffff80002f05ef8, fffff8800ac4fac0, fffff80002efcf8f}

Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!RtlRaiseStatus+18 )

Followup: MachineOwner

Also, please update these drivers:
Code:
fffff880`017b9000 fffff880`017d9000 oodisr oodisr.sys Fri Sep 05 06:14:25 2008 (48C06BD1)

fffff880`01400000 fffff880`0142e000 oodivd oodivd.sys Fri Sep 05 06:12:47 2008 (48C06B6F)

Thx for the fast reply Tuấn!

I don't know why you think that I have installed AVG cause I don't. I have Avira Antivir. I just deinstalled the software and installed MSE, changed the UAC control so that the UAC popup will shown. After restart and the test no BSOD was shown after starting one of the progs which usually caused the BSOD. Looks like a success for now. I will update if anything is happen.

THX again!

Best regards
Matthias
