BSOD 1E on boot, minidmp attached

I have an HP Probook 4430s that gets a 1E BSOD on boot. Safemode and safemode with networking boots. I have tried updating all the drivers that i saw were out of date. I have attached the latest minidmp.

EDIT:

While i was running the SF Diagnostic tool i got a different bluescreen than the ones i get on bootup i have also attached the minidump for that. This bluescreen is a 3B.

Perform a Clean boot:
Reduce items at start-up. No software except anti-virus is required plus doing this improves the time for logging into windows:
