Solved BSOD ~20 min after waking up system from sleep ntoskernel.exe+7cc40

- x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? 64 bit
- the original installed OS on the system? I built the system myself
- an OEM or full retail version? From a MSDN account so full retail I am guessing
- OEM = came pre-installed on system
- Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer

- What is the age of system (hardware)? less than 1 year not heavily used
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) less than 1 month, Yes

Have got BSOD's only after starting the system from sleep (after 20 min or so). Use it with a TV OR LED monitor. Have MSI GTX 460 Cyclone 1GB installed, read somewhere that it could be the cause. Haven't gamed much, Use it primarily as an HTPC with XBMC hence use the SLEEP function when not watching anything.

I installed Driver Genius Pro and updated all the drivers.
I uninstalled Sandboxie and ASUS EPU6 Engine which I though were potential culprits from reading other forums.

Please let me know if any other info is needed.

Due to AICharger: ASUS Ai Charger - Quick charge your iPod, iPhone and even iPad! Recommend removing the software to test.

Thanks for your reply writhziden. I uninstalled Ai Charger and all other ASUS tools and utilities. Not had a BSOD since about 2 hours, put the computer to sleep and wake up couple of times. Will update periodically.

Was Ai charger the cause everytime from the minidumps?

To be honest, I only looked at the latest .dmp to get the ball rolling on your thread since it had been missed for so long. I just now analyzed the rest, and they do all point to the Ai Charger, so it is not a surprise that you are running stable now that it is removed.
