I am a technician working on peoples' computers for our company, and one in particular claims she has BSOD at least three times per week, never at startup, always when working, and never after doing anything specific. I used a Windows Debugging Tool from the SDK to create a debuglog.txt file which I will attach below. Mostly, the log points out that it is a driver fault, which I took from the 'WIN7_DRIVER_FAULT" as the "default bucket ID," but I have less knowledge in this field than I'd prefer. It also says the conflicting process is csrss.exe, which I don't think is malicious as I've seen people recognize it as a mandatory windows file. Unfortunately, I do not have 24/7 access to the computer as I must control it via WinVNC if I am to do any work on it, therefore I'm currently not able to run the Sevenforums diagnostic tool and upload the logs, but I'm hoping the attached log should help. Thank you in advance for any help you guys can give me!
