BSOD 3 times

Hi, I had 3 critical errors during a video game, system hangs in black screen after 10 minutes of playing the game. Please help. Thanks.

Well was 3 freeze black screen and standby state entering more than BSOD.

During playing League of Legends everytime after 10 minutes of playing, screen goes sudden black without restarting but i remember i did manual restart because the display was going in standby. After the 3rd BSOD I made some changes (updated windows to most recent updates, changed the Memory location in single channel into the correct position, i downgrade the latest Nvidia driver to a older version, i upgraded the bios version to a newer one). I uninstalled the game i i going to install again today to see if anything is changed.
