Hi,
My PC has experiencing 4A BSOD randomly for the last 3-4 weeks. It usually occurred a few hours after the computer was started, while playing games (also crashed while watching a movie via Amazon Prime). But could then crash 3-4 times within the space of 30 mins; so I deleted the Graphics and Network card drivers and installed the latest versions. I also ran a full virus scan with no issues identified. This appeared to address the issue so I left it, but it only appears to have reduced the number of occurrences. It is now happening at least once a day and it usually occurs a few hours after I start gaming, it then seems to be alright for a while.
The PC was built 1 year ago, but did not have any issues before the BSOD started occurring 3-4 weeks ago, I have not installed any new hardware in at least 6 months. I am less sure about the timing when I last installed new software, but I typical only install new games.
Having read a few threads on various forums, I was hoping that someone would be able to help me identify what driver might be causing the issue via the minidumps.
Unfortunately I don’t have access to the PC at the moment but can download the DM Log Collector later and post the results in a subsequent post if the minidumps are insufficient.
Many thanks
