After logging onto the computer, I would get the bsod error after 5 minutes. I uses that tIme to upload the minidump. The error code is Stop 0x00000019 (0x0000000000000020,0xfffff900c01e5000,0xffff900c01e5240,x0000000025240000

Note, I did not update any drivers recently. I just got this error today. I will try a system restore first

I apologise for not being able to use the sf-diagnostic tool

Welcome to SevenForums.

Do you get any bsod in safe mode? Are you overclocking any hardware?

Please upload your msinfo32.nfo file. To get this: Start Menu -> Type msinfo32 into the Search programs and files box -> When it opens, go to File, Save -> Save as msinfo32.nfo and save in a place you will remember -> Let it finish the process of gathering and saving the system info -> Right click the .nfo file, click send to compressed (zipped) folder -> Upload the .zip file here.

Please upload your msinfo32.txt file. To get this: Start Menu -> Type msinfo32 into the Search programs and files box -> When it opens, go to File, Export -> Save as msinfo32.txt and save in a place you will remember -> Let it finish the process of gathering and saving the system info -> Right click the .txt file, click send to compressed (zipped) folder -> Upload the .zip file here.

Perform a clean boot:
Perform a System File Check to check the integrity of all protected Windows 7 :
  1. Click on the start :orb:
  2. Type CMD on Search
  3. Left click and Run as Administrator
  4. Type
    Code:
    SFC /scannow
Full tutorial here:
Upload a screenshot of your hard disk using CrystalDiskInfo:
Make a hard drive test from the hard drive manufacturers website:
Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:
Make scans with the following:

-Kaspersky TDSSKiller
-ESET online scanner
Take memtest. Run for 8 passes and test each stick in a know good slot for an additional 6 passes.
   Note
Pay close attention to part 3 of the tutorial in order to rule out the faulty stick.

   Information
Errors are sometimes found after 8 passes.

   Tip
Do this test overnight, before going to bed.

If Memtest86+ does not find any errors with ram run Windows Memory Diagnostics for 7-8 passes following its tutorial: Let us know the results.

Even when I was in safe mode with network, there was still bsod. However, after I tried a system restore, I haven't had a crash for 20 minutes. I'm guessing it fixed the problem. I also diagnosed all the drives, the cpu and my ram. There were no problems. I will upload the msinfo32 and scan for virus. I'll keep it posted about the bsod. Thanks! (: I did not attempt any over clocking.

BSOD's in safe mode does not sound right. When did you test your CPU and RAM? RAM test for how many passes?
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\AVG	Public:Start Menu\Programs\AVG	Public
AVG contributes in BSOD's Please remove it using its removal tool from here: Uninstallers (removal tools) for common antivirus software - ESET Knowledgebase

Recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability compared to other antiviruses/internet security software. It is free and lightweight:-
   Warning
:ar: Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\Alcohol 120%	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Alcohol 120%	Public
Please uninstall DAEMON Tools or Alcohol % software. It uses a driver called sptd.sys which is known to cause BSODs in Windows 7. Uninstall the software using Add/Remove Programs. Reboot the system. Once the program is uninstalled, run sptd.sys uninstaller to remove the driver from your system.

As an alternative, many people recommend the use of Total Mounter or Magic ISO

Number down items at start-up. Keep only your anti-virus, this also improves the time for logging into windows.

Thank you for replying (: I'll remove AVG and alcohol 120% immediately and install microsoft security essentials instead. I still haven't had a bsod as of yet.

I think the BSOD is really fixed. I haven't had any bsod for almost the whole day and after a few restarts as well.

That's great.

Wait for a week or two before marking the thread as solved.
