BSOD 5 minutes after startup from sleep or shutdown every day

I am having some trouble out of my Windows 7 Pro computer. I use my computer continuously throughout every day. When I wake it up the next morning from sleep (or even from a shutdown state) mode everything works fine for about 5-10 minutes then I receive the BSOD almost on schedule! Once it happens for the day, the computer works perfectly fine after that until the next day. Occasionally if I use the computer in the morning and it is left idle for 5-8 hours, it will BSOD again on me. It's becoming quite frustrating. To my knowledge, nothing has been updated or downloaded recently on the machine.

Occasionally when it crashes, the screen turns into many black and white/colored tiny horizontal lines (similar to a barcode) that flicker which leads me to believe it may be some sort of video card/driver issue. This does not happen every time but when the BSOD begins to dump I have noticed it specifically lists a file by ATI (if memory serves me correctly). Strange because I'm pretty sure the video runs off the Intel chipset...

I went ahead and downloaded the DM log collector and ran the program. I have attached the file generated by the program per the instructions for the forum.

I have been using this machine with no issues for roughly 4 years.

If you need any additional info let me know. I appreciate your help!

Hi Deadeteruck I have looked at the last few dump files
The last one is
Code:
 kd> lmvm [COLOR=red]netw5v32[/COLOR]
start end module name
93004000 93417000 netw5v32 T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: netw5v32.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\netw5v32.sys
    Image name: netw5v32.sys
    Timestamp: [COLOR=red]Thu Mar 26 11:10:37 2009[/COLOR] (49CBA8FD)
    CheckSum: 0040AB14
    ImageSize: 00413000
    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4

Which lists the cause as netw5v32 Intel Wireless WiFi Link Driver which can be updated at http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx

Another one lists memory corruption which could cause you a lot of issues
Code:
BugCheck 1A, {5003, 8d000000, c84c, c861088}
Probably caused by : [COLOR=red]memory_corruption[/COLOR] ( nt!MiAllocateWsle+6f )

I would suggest running Memtest86+ Which can be downloaded from that link. I suggest you use the 4.20 Version and it must be run for 8 complete passes to do a complete job. The 8 passes must be run all at one time which will take several hours, so it is best run overnight. If you get an error you can stop the test right then. You can download the ISO zip file unzip it and burn to a CD using the windows image burner or any image burner you may have. It must be burned to the CD, not copied. or the preconfigured USB installer file to install to a USB flash drive. Just boot off the media you prepared and let it run.

You had several blaming the Intel Graphics driver

Code:
lmvm igdkmd32
start end module name
92a0c000 9332c000 igdkmd32 T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: igdkmd32.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\igdkmd32.sys
    Image name: igdkmd32.sys
    Timestamp: [COLOR=red] Fri Feb 11 13:12:10 2011[/COLOR] (4D558A0A)
    CheckSum: 0089F989
    ImageSize: 00920000
    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4

That driver can also be downloaded from http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx

Please update these drivers and run the memtest and get back with us and let us know your progress.

Just so you know, I checked the rest of the dumps and all blamed either memory corruption or those same two drivers with the exception of these.

Code:
kd> lmvm BOOTVID
start end module name
8c2cd000 8c2d5000 BOOTVID T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: BOOTVID.dll
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\[COLOR=red]BOOTVID.dll[/COLOR]
    Image name: BOOTVID.dll
    Timestamp: unavailable (00000000)
    CheckSum: 00000000

    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Missing image name, possible paged-out or corrupt data.

kd> lmvm ataport
start end module name
8c200000 8c223000 ataport T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: ataport.SYS
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\ataport.SYS
    Image name: ataport.SYS
    Timestamp: unavailable (00000000)

Missing image name, possible paged-out or corrupt data.

And this one which still refers to the WiFi system
Code:
BugCheck D1, {6, 2, 0, 8c8befb7}
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for netw5v32.sys
