Hey, I'm really new to all this forum stuff so ill keep it short. Clues in the title as to what happens, sometimes even does it on the log in menu. Attached Zip file is all using SF diagnostic tool. So let me know if somethings gone wrong.

As I am not familiar with the sf diagnostic tool yet, what are the particular blue screens you are getting? Have you written down the stop error?

Ill be honest with you, i have no clue what you mean by stop error. I was just told to use SF because i couldn't access the .Dmp file itself :(

Looks like the graphics driver and directx are crashing. What kind of computer do you have?

Ah, okay... hmmm, from what I am seeing here, it looks like you are running an Intel graphics chip... perhaps updating the driver will do the trick.

Intel Download Center

Run the 'Intel Driver Update Utility'. This is going to scan your computers hardware and drivers and let you know if there is a new version out. In this case, we are looking for the graphics driver.

I've just had a thought, that file is wrong i've had to switch to my MOBO gfx to run my Pc without games, at this time i also did that scan. So its reading the wrong gfx output. The intel chip is just my backup while my card is unplugged, Ill re plug my card back in, scan again then attach the contents. My apologies.

That's okay, I was a bit skeptical about an Intel chip running WoW. Haha.

The driver read isn't helping me much, here's the current driver for your graphics card. I would suggest running this to install the latest driver. Reboot your machine, then see if you can replicate the issue.

I have that version installed, just forced a BSOD. I tried uploading the .dmp file alone and I'm being told i don't have permission. Access is denied etc.

Okay, does the system still blue screen without the graphics card installed? It's possible that the card is failing, although diagnosing those can be a bit tricky.

Its happened once or twice yeah, but very rarely. Usually when I'm messing about with drivers, which is understandable.

I meant does WoW crash without the graphics card in? You will have to tweak your WoW graphics settings, but this will give us a better idea of what's crashing.

Yeah, if you just use the intel chip, does WoW crash? I'm not 100% sure, but I think if you enabled the lowest graphics settings in WoW, you probably could run it... hopefully you didn't log out in a busy city.

Play around a bit and see if it crashes. How does the fan/heatsink look on the graphics card? When it's plugged in, does the fan spin up at all? Overheating is the first reason for crashes on GPUs... but it could also be a bad piece of memory on the card.
