BSOD 7E Crashes and Freezes while playing games(high gpu load)

Hi.İ started having BSODs and freezes about a month ago, İ thought i was related to the rams and i changed my rams to Kingston 8 gb but i didnt solve my problem.İt happens randomly and only sometimes it gives bsods. and the other times it just freezes with a buzzing noise.İt happens randomly and it happens almost instantly when i start playing Battlefield Bad Company 2 1920x1080 or any lower resoution.(bsods happen in any other game)

My Setup

Asus M4A785TD-V Evo
Amd Athlon II X4 620 2.6 GHz
Kingston KHX1600C9D3K2/8GX
Sapphire 6870 1 GB Video Card
500 GB HDD + 1.5 TB backup drive HDD
500 or 550 Watt Xigmatek Psu
Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Memcheck sfc/scannow and chkdsk all clean.

İ did the SF Diagnostic Tool you can find the contend. İ dont have mini dump instead i have memory dump here MEMORY.rar download - 2shared

İn Eventwvr bug check says:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff880053a9ff3, 0xfffff88002136698, 0xfffff88002135ef0). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 103012-20295-01.

İ am experienced in İT.İ would be very happy if you could help me with this problem.

i was set to memory dmp
i didnt get minidump
in my first entry there is a memory dmp

They need the mini dumps, Memory dump is a large bit of text to wade through while mini will have the important info.

From the buzzing sound I think you power supply is about to blow a capacitor or one of its coils.
This is serious and can destroy other components too, I wouldn't even turn the effected PC on until you can replace the PSU.

We will get information that we need only from the mini dumps, but will tell a friend to see the memory dump file anyway. And please be patient.

The usual causes for your 7E Bugcheck are:

STOP 0x0000007E: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Usual causes: Insufficient disk space, Device driver, Video card, BIOS, Breakpoint with no debugger attached, Hardware incompatibility, Faulty system service, Memory, 3rd party remote control.

That kernel dump is incomplete and corrupt beyond recognition. Only the finest debugging pros may be able to scrounge some info from it, but otherwise it's completely worthless.

So freezes=speakers buzzing. What could do that? Two things in a PC could create radio frequency interference (RFI) if defective. The PSU and the GPU. You have a good PSU but still would be worth a check up.
