Hi folks,

Getting intermittent BSOD problems of late. Was given these details when logging in Safe Mode:

BCCode: a
BCP1: 835FFC6C
BCP2: 00000002
BCP3: 00000001
BCP4: 826A2BAF
OS VERSION: 6_1_7600
SERVICE PACK: 0_0
PRODUCT: 256_1

Was advised that the problems could have occurred via some App Data in the Temp Internet Files and in a Minidump file, which I have now deleted.

Are these BC's of any use or sense to kind person who might be able to point me in the right direction?

Many thanks in advance,
Kris

Thanks Dave,

Really appreciate your help. Should it happen again (hopefully won't, but I am pretty sure it will), I will do exactly as details in your very useful instructions.

Thanks again,

Kris

No problem :)

In the meantime please update to Windows 7 Service Pack 1, as it will help provide stability to your installation and ensure all Windows updates are installed.

Cheers

Dave
