BSOD - 9A error while computer is idle

user was walking away from her desk when she got the BSOD - 9A error.
I have uploaded the report from the DM Log Collector

Upload the list of all the third party drivers Using NirSoft DriverView :

• Download and execute Driverview
• View > Hide Microsoft Drivers
• Edit > Select all
• File > Save Selected Items
• In the Save dialog, Set the path to desktop, Put "Driverview" in the name field, and save.
• Zip the .txt file and upload it.

Ok here is the driverview

Driverview does not report for a single USB device/driver. Strange. Your Logitech Keyboard and HP printer .... no stress of them. Even the USB3 drivers are not present there. :shock:

I hope you havent edited the text output. j/k.

Then, the possible reason is, something is missing there.

So USB issue is most possible. I would suggest you to go to Dell's site and install the USB3 driver for your system, Optiplex 9020.

Report us for any further BSOD after doing it.
