on a secondary interrupt. I had this problem before, but was solved with changing power settings. But since the last update of tuesday from Windows, the problem reoccurs. I tried to change the power settings, but the problem persists. Can anyone help.

Thanks in advance

Hello Quagga, welcome to Seven Forums. I will try to help you with the problems you are having. All of your dump files were 1 of 2 causes.

Code:
nusb3xhc
start end module name
fffff880`08650000 fffff880`0868b000 nusb3xhc T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: nusb3xhc.sys

That is your NEC Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver which is owned by Renesas now. Renesas requires registration and a whole lot of research to find drivers, so I would suggest you try to find drivers from your Manufacturer.

The other error code you are getting is

This is generic Hardware error and does not say which piece of hardware it is. It will almost always blame the CPU, because it is the CPU that detects the Hardware error and throws the code to shut down the computer to avoid any damage, but it is not usually the CPU that is the error.

Please fill out your System Specs

   Information
Your System Specs will help us to help you, and doing it in this manner will make them available to all helpers in every post and keep us from hunting for them. We ask that you fill them out in as much detail as possible including Desktop or Laptop, Model number if it is an OEM computer and all components with the Manufacturer and Model number if possible.

If you will go to your last post and click the 'System Specs' in the bottom left of the post, you will find a link to update your system specs. Please fill those out in as much detail as possible, making sure to click save at the bottom of the page. If you would like to know what we would like, you can click 'My System Specs' at the bottom left of this post to see mine. If you do not know what your components are, this will help you accomplish this task. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/180324-system-info-see-your-system-specs.html

Open a elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

Also, please give me any info you can on what activities cause it or what programs you are using that cause it. Anything you can provide will be a help.

Thanks, if you would could you please put the system specs under 'My System Specs' at the bottom left of your last post or use the program you posted a picture of in 'User CP' at the top of the page as described in this Tutorial http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/180324-system-info-see-your-system-specs.html

Also, why do you need a Raid controller? did you update the USB 3.0 driver and run the SFC test I described above?

With the DOS, you have to burn an ISO to a CD or install it on a flash drive and boot from whichever one you chose. You can't run it from within Windows. There are instructions on the page you downloaded it from.

You said someone told you to update your Raid controller. Are you running Raid? If not, why do you need a Raid controller.

it was quite stupid, you have to type cmd in the search bar, dont push on enter, go to it in the screen and right click it and run as administrator

This is the second run, it restarted the first time and windows updated it

the solution of running as administrator is ashaming, but I will tell it anyway, type cmd in the search bar, dont enter but go to it and right click it, you see a lot of options, also run as administrator

This was the second run, the first forced a restart and windows did update some files

I had no problems, sometimes my mouses freezed but a friend said he could solve this. He installed winthrusther, I even admit it worked fine, but the next day my network was blocked by winthruster. I had to reinstall, even a backup or system restore didnt work. I did reinstall my hp, formatted the drive and saved my docs. It works fine now, but something strange happened today. I had forgotten to install my sound and in particular the boxes. I thought why not an update of my realtek sound card
strangely enough bsod did reoccur, so i rolled back the driver and no problems, even no more freezing. I think the problem is the bios

We'll try to help you do what you want to do. Glad it's working but be careful of what other people tell you to install. I have never heard of winthruster, so don't know what it is. If you would like more help, just tell us what you would like. I you think things are solved, please mark the thread solved whenever you think it is. You may consider checking to see if there is an updated BIOS for your HP on the HP web site for your computer.
