BSOD after 15+min Shutdown process

hello

ive had this problem for more then a month now and i dident have it from the start
ive updated all drivers, graphic card, sound card, Motherboard, and so on

Spec..
OS: Win 7 Ultimate x64
CPU: Intel Core I7-930 CPU, 2.80ghz, Type QuadCore Intel Core i7 930, 2933 MHz (22 x 133)
Ram: 6GB ram
Graphic Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 470 "from Gainward"
Motherboard: ASUS P6T Deluxe V2
HDD: x2 500GB/7200rpm "Western Digital", x1 150GB/10k rpm "Western Digital Raptor
Screen: Samsung SyncMaster 2233
Chipset: "will upload a text report"

if any other info is needed please tell "using Everest Ultimate as reporter for detailed reports"
