for now i will go with MSE but i will have to at some point change to something else i think, maybe eset, i cant bring myself to stay with a windows application like that for too long.MSE will cover everything unless you discover you have a particular pattern of infection which requires a tailored solution.
Run Malwarebytes and Super Anti-Spyware scans periodically to double check.
If you want to increase the coverage install paid real-time MB protection.
Keep a baseline and then a recent Win7 backup image to replace reinstall just in case.
