I attempted to change my display configuration from extended display to duplicate display, by pressing "window button" + "P". The screen immediately turned blue once I pressed "window button" + "P".

Attached are the requested files.

Thank you.

Hello there!

There are a couple of things we need to do. First update the Intel Matrix Storage Manager driver. Then remove the display drivers and install an updated driver.

Run Hardware Diagnostic (RAM & Hard drive)

Also consider updating your SSD Firmware as well.

Code:
BAD_POOL_HEADER (19)
The pool is already corrupt at the time of the current request.
This may or may not be due to the caller.
The internal pool links must be walked to figure out a possible cause of
the problem, and then special pool applied to the suspect tags or the driver
verifier to a suspect driver.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000003, the pool freelist is corrupt.
Arg2: fffff8a00f78b130, the pool entry being checked.
Arg3: ffff000100000001, the read back flink freelist value (should be the same as 2).
Arg4: fffff8a00f78b130, the read back blink freelist value (should be the same as 2).

I updated the display driver, SSD, and Intel Matrix Storage Manager driver.
I did this a week ago, and am trying to find time to learn to conduct the hardware diagnostic.
I haven't had any problems thus far, but will return with results from the hardware diagnostic.

Thank you for your help.
