BSOD after boot up, error bad pool header

Hi all,

I just got this newly assembled computer with windows 7 home premium x64.

The BSOD came on after boot up, before i could do anything with it.

attached are the dumps and logs i grabbed with the SF Diagnostic tool

Appreciate if you guys could give me a hand on this.
