BSOD after Cleaning Dust inside PC + adding Seagate HDD Hard

Hi, guys. Can you please help...

I decided to clean up my pc because it was clogged up with dust and went through the process of removing the Hard Drive, the Fan, and the Fan above the CPU Chipset. After Cleaning, I replaced everything the way it was and I had also decided to add my case-less External Hard Drive. (Seagate 3TB Desktop HDD) it was an external originally but had to remove it

After I installed the HDD, I booted to check if everything was alright. And the Windows Starting logo was beginning and the pc decided to restart.

And I'm now getting a STOP: 0x0000007E (0XFFFFFFFFC0000005, 0xFFFFF8000D2C4E12, 0xFFFFF88003B0F898, 0XFFFF88003B0F0F0)

I have tried booting in Safe Mode, Using a Windows 7 and 8.1 Disk but nothing. I've also removed the Seagate Hard Drive from the PC but nothing

Please help

I've unistalled my previous version of windows and have now installed a genuine copy of windows, please will you help me now.

I have now attached a new file with the latest genuine copy of my windows and no matter what OS I install I still have this issue, unless I hit F11 and select my boot device. That's the only way I can boot, Please Help me!!

Make sure Windows gets updated. It doesn't matter that crashes occur in any OS, it matters that a non-updated Windows can give crashes that may be due to a bug that has already been patched.

Please fill in your system specs

Please follow this tutorial and download the tool. The tool will give you detailed information about your system specs, please fill in your system specs more completely including PSU, cooling and other used stuff like mouse, keyboard, monitor, case, etc.
The PSU, cooling and other stuff are NOT mentioned in the tool.​

In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'. After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.

I'm about to install updates on it right now, I do have a list of updates to install.

I think I've updated my PC Specs as best as I can, please let me if there's anything else you need to know and honestly thanks

I've updated my windows, it took awhile but nothing has changed. And my BSOD doesn't create file dumps even though, I went into the settings to make sure that it does.

Your computer is NOT updating due to download failures.
This may be due to the current product in use, its not a retail/public key.
Where did you get it

I bought it from a reliable website in my country, and I ran the tool and I tried checking for updates, which it's currently downloading and installing.

I've attached the results from the tool which you suggested I run. As well as a screenshot of updates being installed

I suggest you go back to the retailer and DEMAND a refund.
A genuine retail key is sold WITH its packaging and the COA sticker attached, and cannot be sold seperately

It gives a more detailed explanation and remedies, allthough its a few months old.

Re updating, your screenshot is showing downloading, if it follows the course of your previous updates it will fail within CBS processing, and is why you are only showing 7 hotfix's

Thanks Roy, I read the post, and I totally understand, but My Windows is still Genuine and I was successful with installing those previous updates. And I decided to check again for updates and I have just optional updates which I just finished installing a few moments ago

I don't know since I'm still having the issue with my PC Crashing when I boot....

I will contact the website admin who sold me the key, and speak to them about a Refund.

TAKE NOTICE of the "days" comment in the link.
Basically saying >>>your to late<<< to claim a refund.
Please note they may also say
use slmgr/rearm to carry on using it, this is only a temporary measure to ensure they dont have to refund your past THIER warrenty period

WAT - Windows Activation Technologies, operates on minor and major criteria.
The major one kicks in AFTER 90 days, which is when most people get caught out by thier terms and conditions.
