BSOD after downgrading from Windows 10 to windows 7

Hi All, there was a thread about it, but seems to be closed now

I'm having an issue with trying to get windows to work now, I get BSOD if I try to boot normally, only safemode works currently, wasn't even able to control the mouse and the keyboard till I went in using a windows installation USB flash drive and adjusted the upper and lower filters for the mouse and keyboard.

but I still am having an issue with trying to get windows to boot, it seems like a USB or Grafix driver

I uninstalled all the programs that were upgraded in windows 10, in my case that was the AMD and Intel Grafix drivers and my roccat Kave drivers along with the razer synapse driver

still getting the issue, even tried unplugging all USB ports, not working, tried using the Intel integrated grafix instead of my AMD one, not able to go through.

in safe mode I'm seeing the following:

not sure what to do next ? I tried repairing startup and I can't do a repair install because I can only run safemode
