Your logs show Comodo Internet security and Folderlock as contributing to
your BSOD's:

Code:
Faulting Driver: [COLOR=red]cmdguard.sys[/COLOR]
Refer to: COMODO Firewall Pro Sandbox Driver

Please uninstall all Comodo AV, Internet Security:

:ar: http://forums.comodo.com/install-setup-configuration-faq-cis/uninstaller-tool-for-comodo-products-inc-cis-v5-t71897.0.html

As an alternative, please download and install:

:ar: Microsoft Security Essentials.
Recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability
compared to other antiviruses/internet security software.

   Note
Once downloaded, update and run a full system scan

Code:
Faulting Driver: [COLOR=red]WinFLAdrv.sys[/COLOR]
Refers to: Related to WinFLAdrv.sys Service Application from NewSoftwares.net

In your case the program: Folderlock

Either update the program or uninstall completely.

Once completed please see if your issue persists?

Also have you installed Constant Guard Protection Services or Antilogger programs
recently? As you have a Problem Device "Antilog32" showing?

Cheers

Dave

Constant Guard Protection Services is from Comcast. I downloaded that because they offer Norton free through my cable company. But I uninstalled Norton for Comodo awhile ago.

Good call :), Norton is problematic and a resource hogger.

Antilog32 is most likely a left over driver, try using :ar: Revo Uninstaller

Failing that navigate to: Windows\system32\drivers and locate antilog32.sys
Right-Click and rename to antilog32.sys.old
Reboot and monitor to see if any issues arise?

Use CCleaner to check there are no Registry entries left for the program.

cheers

The antilog32.sys is not in the drives folder. I also searched for it to no avail.

Hi,

Okay go into :ar: Device Manager, click the view tab and select "Show hidden devices"
Scroll down to "Non Plug and Play Drivers" and expand.
Look for antilog32 there, if it is present right click and delete.
Reboot the system.

cheers
