Found this site on my internet travels looking for a solution.

About 8-9 months ago, found my PC turned off. I always have it set to 20 mins sleep. Got the problem event name "blue screen" displayed. This happened a few more times over the following months, but recently happens more and more. Now occurring most days and happened 3 times yesterday. It only seems to happen when I'm away from my PC, I assume when it goes to sleep. It has not happened when I have been using the machine. I never see an actual blue screen, just find the PC turned off and get the error message on restart.

Below is what I see when I turn the machine back on and I've also attached the .dmp file and the requested DM log collector file. Hope someone has some words of advice. This is getting worse:cry:

Hi Pilsburypie,

Welcome to the 7forums.

As there is only 1 dump this won't be a detailed analysis.

Basically the crash you provided was caused by the drivers from your Intel Gigabit network adapter.
Update the drivers provided by ASUS and report back how it goes :)

Hey - thought I'd post back. Firstly, my BSOD problem has been sorted for a week now. But, not by any intervention by me!

You're all probably aware of the Windows 10 auto upgrade saga that has been occurring - well I too was caught out. I only wanted to stay on Windows 7 as I worried about a load of programs I have not interacting well with a new OS. I always dismissed the upgrade popups and it has become second nature. So I dismissed one, only to come back to my PC a short while later to find it mid-upgrade....

Must say I've not noticed any issues as yet and the interface aint too bad..... plus, my BSOD after hibernating has not been present for this last week......

So, thanks for your suggestions, but I now assume this has to be my last post on the Seven forum as Microsoft have sneakily put me on 10. (I know I can roll back, but I've been pushed now and it is not as bad as I imagined!)
