I just installed another module of 2GB RAM which is the exact same model of other 2GB i have in my system. When i turned on my PC for the 1st time after installing the RAM and i got BSOD right on the Windows Login Screen and it restarted the computer than again on the same screen. At first i thought that the RAM maybe not fitted to slot properly so i took out my old RAM to see if it might boot up and start windows normally and yes it did start normally with the new RAM alone.

I thought maybe i have Daemon Tools installed in my OS so maybe it had something to do with it so i uninstalled it and restarted my computer and it was running normal for some mins than i decided to check my RAM with memtest86. I than placed my old RAM back into the slot as well and inserted the memtest disc and started running the tests. I got 4 Passes which took around 3 hours and 11 mins and i got no errors in tests with both RAM's running at once and they got 4 Passes (i know it's recommended to check RAM one by one but i wanted to make it little short for a while). Than i exited the memtest and restarted computer and right after logging into windows i got another BSOD  and PC was restarted and after that i went into safe mode and again restarted but than i got 2 program startup error's (My mouse software and MSE) and again i restarted and now i'm using and typing all this... Please Help i want to know what am i doing wrong? should i try restoring system from the image?

Here are the Minidumps i have zipped and attached.

I hope you didn't transfer some static to your ram at some point in the process.
It's definitely related to the memory though.

Well you tell me you just adjusted the RAM and a problem immediately appeared, I look at your most recent memory dumps and they point to the RAM as well. It would appear to be the problem.

Something like this happened to me too. It appeared to be a BIOS problem though. The settings detected by the BIOS were completely wrong. Changing to manual settings and adjusting them solved the problem.

I restored my system through recovery image last night and i got BSOD again and the image i created does'nt include Cyberlink PowerDVD or Creative driver files etc. Right now im testing 1 RAM at a time with memtest and so far 6 tests has already passed and will see with 7 tests as DeanP mentioned. I took out the old RAM from slot 0.

Sticks from different batches are known to cause crashes sometimes, even if their model number and rates are the same.
The problem may come from a faulty slot too.
Your memory settings might be wrong in the bios. If you would like us to check it for you, give us this information:

1) CPU-Z memory tab screenshot
2) RamMon txt report
3) link to the sticks maker's description page would be good, as there may be special notes
4) latest crash file from C:\Windows\Minidump folder

I will do as you said Cybercore. Im just waiting for this new RAM module to finish 10th test than im gonna remove it and install back the old RAM module to the slot 0 where it was before and gonna test that one too to make sure about it as well. I think both of these Modules are from the same batch as i bought it from same store and both of them have same numbers printed on them + on back of plastic cases too. I think the problem is not with Memory Slots coz im testing new RAM on slot 1 and previous RAM was running on slot 0 from months without any problems. Though im gonna provide the info you required for sure :) you guys are really helpful im very thankful to all of you.

You got 2 sticks of Corsair VS2GB1333D4 DDR1333Mhz 9-9-9-24 1.5v.
Currently set 800Mhz 6-6-6-15, wrong.

Set it manually or load setup defaults in the bios.

The sticks are rated Corsair VS2GB1333D4 DDR1333Mhz 9-9-9-24 1.5v, that's what they are supposed to be set. And also your motherboard must have support for DDR1333.

Memtest will not always show errors, but you will be getting bsod's.

You can see my system specs below :) the board does support 1333. I have dual-core processor e5200 thats the reason for these default timings. After installing 64-bit Win7 yesterday bsod's stopped occuring though im doing a complete restore right now. I will update here if i will get any bsod or not in both cases :)

The are running on 800MHz coz of my CPU FSB i load Bios defaults already.

If you get any more crashes, I would suggest to default all clocks and voltages as recommended by the manufacturer. This way you'll know if your hardware is in working order or not.
