I am having symbol error while reading your dump file, so I failed to read it. But it is a driver related issue as it appears. Some driver is not willing to go shut down as it seems. It
Code:
BugCheck 1000009F, {4, 258, fffffa8006dff040, fffff80003bae3d0}
I will ask the other members if they can read the dump, but in the mean time I will ask you to do two things.

First, Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.

  1. Click on the Start button
  2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
  3. Select the “Startup” tab.
  4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
  5. Apply > OK
  6. Accept then restart.
** Please consider that disabling DisplayFusion from startup may cause the secondary display/monitor inactive. Still I will suggest you to do it ... let us see if you can reproduce in that case too. If it BSODs, upload the dump. Later you may add it back.

Second, Upload the list of all the third party drivers Using NirSoft DriverView :

  • Download and execute Driverview
  • View > Hide Microsoft Drivers
  • Edit > Select all
  • File > Save Selected Items
  • In the Save dialog, Set the path to desktop, Put "Driverview" in the name field, and save.
  • Zip the .txt file and upload it.
It will let us know the situation of the drivers there.

Arc has asked me to stop by to take a look to see if the offending driver will show for me seeing as he had trouble reading your dump file. One driver is showing, your nVidia driver.
