This was caused by memory management. Either your memory or a driver.

I suspect the following

asacpi.sys (yours 2005) is a known cause of bsod's

The pre 2009 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.

Please visit this link: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support- download_item_mkt

Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit " (it's about the 8th item down).

Download and install it.

Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT before).

Your AV Kasperesky. Also a well known cause. Remove and replace with memory management.

Thank you very much Ken!
I installed the updated ATK0110 driver.

I didn't understand what I have to do with my antivirus (kasperky internet security 2011).
You're telling me that I have to uninstall it? It has never cause me problems before..

Anyway, I had another BSOD..
Maybe could be the Ram?

I don't think that the problem is kaspersky antivirus, because I have it installed on my laptop with Windows 7 professional and works fine..

Any other suggestion?

Thanks

I am having constant BSOD and now removed kaspersky to rule out this problem and yet I still get BSOD so I am not sure if its kaspersky. You should do a memtest to see If your RAM is faulty
