Unfortunately nothing is solved, still BSOD when going into hibernation or sleep modus.

I don't assume you have ever replaced the HDD?
Having a second look at the HDTune results shows that I've missed the benchmark. The benchmark result indicates a possible failing HDD, because the transfer rates are really low.

I have not replaced the HDD, it still the one that came with the laptop.

So what are my options? Replacing the HDD or is there anything else I can try?

I would recommend to perform a system backup a.s.a.p., if you haven't made any backup yet.

Currently the best (only?) option would be to replace the HDD.

I did complete reinstall and replaced the HDD with a new SSD, it works great!
