Hi in the begining i dont care about bsod because it is once a month i think that it a normal think but now a days i become almost once a day i uploaded dump files with sf can you help me please if you need anything else i can upload it thank you

I would also recommend removing AVG and replacing it with MSE and MBAM.
You can try using the appropriate AVG removal tool.

Stress test your graphics card with Furmark

I recommend running it for around 30 minutes

   Warning

Furmark will increase the temperature of your GPU rapidly so keep and eye on your temperatures
