Solved BSOD after reformatting my PC

Good day brothers! I need your help regarding my pc BSOD errors. I encountered this problem when I fully reformat my pc few days ago. Here's my pc spec I cant use the application SystemInfo.exe its prompts me that i need netframe.

System Spec:
MB:ASRock H61M/US3S V1.30
RAM:PC3-12800H(800Mhz) 2GBx2 G.Skill
GPU:NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 1GB
CPU:Intel i5-2400 3.1Ghz
OS:Windows 7 Ultimate x64
HD:WD 500GB Caviar Blue
PSU:Everest 500Watts 80+ Bronze

thank you for the help. I had already diagnose my ram using memtest and my 1 ram have errors but i haven't tried yet if i will still be getting BSOD if ill be just using the other ram.
