BSOD after shutdown hangs for a while, error 0x0000009f

When I booted my pc my mouse didnt work (A logitech trackball). I shutdown my pc and it hang on the shutdown screen for a 5+ minutes, then it blue screen error 0x0000009f. I also had this error 5 days ago, and i did a system restore and everything worked fine. But the issue came back today.

Hi eric95204.

Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known BSOD causer. Uninstall Daemon Tools at first. Then download SPTD standalone installer from Disk-Tools.com, and execute the downloaded file as guided below :

• Double click to open it.
• Click this button only:
• 
• If it is grayed out, as in the picture, there is no more SPTD in your system, and you just close the window.

Next go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx .... Try the Intel Driver Update Utility. If it offers any update to Intel USB3 / xHCI, get it.

When done, upload the list of all the third party drivers Using NirSoft DriverView :

• Download and execute Driverview
• View > Hide Microsoft Drivers
• Edit > Select all
• File > Save Selected Items
• In the Save dialog, Set the path to desktop, Put "Driverview" in the name field, and save.
• Zip the .txt file and upload it.

I unistalled Daemon and did the SPTD check. The Intel Utility thing did not work since chrome's java was out of date and it was taking forver to install and it showed no progress so i quit the java installation. i found my usb3 driver on the intel website, i was already on the latest version. And here is the txt file of my drivers:
