Is this as you are coming out of sleep mode or going into it?

Do you have any usb devices plugged into your machine at the time this occurs?

It's coming out of sleep.

I have a 1TB Seagate External plugged in, a mouse and a keyboard. I don't have any other USB related thing, save for the 12-in-1 Hub installed.

I suggest that you follow JKs' excellent advice..Your USB driver needs to be updated .. Good Luck!

It's not the devices causing the issue, it's the USB controller itself.

I've uninstalled all except the intel ones. Which ones would be the problem?

Disconnect the hub and see what happens.

I've reinstalled the drivers for it. If it happens again, I'll disconnect it.
