BSOD after starting laptop

Good day everyone,

To start with,I had a problems with my laptop(MSI GX-70 3BE) before. Performance going down, freezes, etc.
I scanned my laptop for everything i possibly could. However, i dint find anything that might help me..probably because I don't really know a lot about technical side of computers. So one day ago i changed my power plan on "balanced" and went sleep. When i woke up i got a DRIVER_POWER_STATE_Failure BS. And it repeated every 15 min until i changed my power plan back to "high performance".
However, my CPU is still really overload..its going up to 99% every few min. Also, my fan laptop's fan working hard,but it started long time ago.

Ill appreciate any help from you, because i have no idea whats going on. Thank you!

So the first file here is what I got after running the program. However, im pretty sure that this folder is empty(no idea why),so i uploaded similar zip file that i got day ago(as a second file).
