Shanks1, if it will help, a stop code 7B is usually an inaccessible Boot Device. Go to BIOS and check your boot menu and make sure your Hard Drive can be 'seen' by BIOS. If it cannot be seen, check your connections on both ends of the cable. If it can be seen, you may want to run Startup Repair http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/681-startup-repair.html, which is part of what Layback Bear suggested. The link he gave is about all that can be done when a system just won't boot.
