BSOD after sudden hang

I recently installed a 4 year old digital tablet, when I was using Paint tool SAI, my laptop suddenly became so slow then BSOD.

After turning it on again, this appeared:

There is only one crash dump in the upload and this blames ewusbnet.sys which seems to be some sort of mobile internet 3G modem/dongle.

Driver Reference Table - ewusbnet.sys

Have a look to see if you can find any updated drivers for the device.
