Hello,

As far as I can tell, this BSOD only occurs about 5-10 minutes after I wake the comp from sleep.

Started to happen after I upgraded the graphics card.

Things I have tried:
- uninstall old graphics drivers and install new
- registry cleanup with CCleaner

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello volteic, Welcome to SF

Had a look at your dumps and they look pretty concise, both dumps are related to usb problems
Both dumps are 0x9f errors driver power state failure BSOD Index and are blaming aicharger.sys driver which is an Asus charger driver Driver Reference Table - AiCharger.sys try updating it or for testing remove it

Also have a look at this http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/147369-usb-selective-suspend-turn-off.html

Any problems post back and if you suffer more dumps please upload the new dump files

Hope this helps
Paul
