BSOD after Wake On Lan - custom build

This has happened twice in one week. The first time I don't have any details on as I was away from the computer when it happened. The second time just happened this morning. I recently installed Auto Remote and use it to put the computer to sleep and then Wake On LAN. After waking it this morning I sat down and opened WinAmp. Music froze and stuttered, then I got a BSOD.

it happened again

Just got another BSOD. This time Chrome was running but minimized. I had just installed some software registration program from Native Instruments. I was rearranging the shortcut icons on my desktop when I got the BSOD. That's three times in one week. I am attaching the new logs.
