Right, you have 0x124 bugchecks which indicate a fatal hardware error has occurred.

Code:
*******************************************************************************
*                                                                             *
*                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
*                                                                             *
*******************************************************************************

Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

BugCheck 124, {0, [COLOR="SeaGreen"]fffffa8005c52728[/COLOR], 0, 0}

[COLOR="Red"]Probably caused by : hardware[/COLOR]

Followup: MachineOwner

Code:
WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124)
A fatal hardware error has occurred. Parameter 1 identifies the type of error
source that reported the error. Parameter 2 holds the address of the
WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure that describes the error conditon.
Arguments:
[COLOR="SeaGreen"]Arg1: 0000000000000000, Machine Check Exception[/COLOR]
Arg2: fffffa8005c52728, Address of the WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure.
Arg3: 0000000000000000, High order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.
Arg4: 0000000000000000, Low order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.

The first argument or parameter indicates a machine check has taken place where the processor has detected a hardware error and has reported it. It doesn't necessarily mean the CPU is at fault.

Hi It appears both tests have passed but it still keeps freezing .

Thanks

You should run it for around 2 hours. If nothing happens then it's probably not a faulty CPU.

Well that ran for a very long time so we can safely say the CPU is not faulty.
It doesn't look like the GPU or RAM is faulty either.
99% of the time 0x124 bugchecks are caused by faulty hardware, however I have known cases (My own pc included) where 0x124 bugchecks can be caused by drivers at fault.
Please enable Driver Verifier by following these instructions to see if a driver is at fault.
