Hello Xemath and welcome to Sevenforums.

Please post your specs in your actual profile.*

BSOD ANALYSE

*Updating System Specs will give us a better sight of
how your system is put together. It's simply done.

§ Download Speccy
§ |User CP (top of the page)| |Edit System Spec|
§ COPY & PASTE section to section
§ Include Laptop, Desktop information
§ End with |Save Changes|

Combining your crash dumps and the general view of BSODs culprits, I'd suggest you to have a look at your memory, the sticks. Through decades people have been using the bootable tool called Memtest86+ and it's basically very unique in these manners.
:info: Be sure to check your warranty rules and regulations before opening your case.
* Memtest86+ is USB-ready, and can be booted directly from it. Download the flashdrive wizard.
* To ensure that either your sticks OR your motherboard slots are broken, it's necessary to do the below procedure-
* Pull out all sticks except ONE, scan it.
* If no errors, pull the scanned stick into another slot.
* Proceed like this until you've scanned all sticks individually, and all the slots.

Code:
1: kd> !sysinfo cpuspeed
CPUID: "Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30GHz"
MaxSpeed: 3300
CurrentSpeed: 3309

Have you increased the CPU voltage a little?

Best Regards,
Frederik.

Sweet, anyway just make sure to run 6-7 passes of Memtest86, using the method in post #2. :)

Have a great eve.
Fred.

I will go ahead and run it like that.

As for as I could tell for the cpu speed, on my Gigabyte bios, the M.I.T said I was running at 33x... I dont see how the extra 09 would get in there, or how I could possible remove that...

It's no problem. Sometimes the motherboard may maintain its own values regarding voltages, it's a very few it's adding or subtracting.

Memtest86+ is the next step.

Best Regards,
Frederik.
