I've been trying to find a thread for my issue but haven't found anything specific. I have a customer who is getting the BSOD everyday forcing a restart and they are freaking out. I cannot pinpoint the issue and microsoft tech support wanted me to reformat the harddrive which on a friday (the 13th) is not something I want to do right now. I attached the dmp file hoping someone could help me figure out what the issue is. I have updated all the drivers and even installed all windows updates and the issue still occurs. Seems to occur in the morning around 3:00 AM.

The computer is a Dell Precision T3610, Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Click on button below ....

It will download the DM log collector. Right click on the application and run as administrator. It will generate a .zip file on your desktop. Upload the .zip.

Also (based on your description), upload the list of all the third party drivers Using NirSoft DriverView :

  • Download and execute Driverview
  • View > Hide Microsoft Drivers
  • Edit > Select all
  • File > Save Selected Items
  • In the Save dialog, Set the path to desktop, Put "Driverview" in the name field, and save.
  • Zip the .txt file and upload it.

So since the computer was only 2 months old we had Dell pro support. I called them and they had me uninstall and reinstall all of the USB drivers in the system. For now this has solved the issue. Arc thanks for the quick response!

Wise decision, but still keep in touch, it might be needed. :)
