I just reinstalled Acronis 2010 (after uninstalling 2011 with Revo) Adn another BSOD. Ran memtest, Prime, removed dust, etc. Is it Acronism, or something else. I had to reinstall the PxHlpa64.sys because the DVD drives stopped working. This crashed 9-2-2010, although I can't find a dmp file for it.

Any suggestions?

Thanks a lot for your help.

Also, is there any easy way to view the dmp files without installing all of the MS Windows debugging tools? And I can't find Dumochk.exe or Windbg.exe

Windbg.exe is the name of the main executable for Debugging Tools for Windows. It should be located in C:\Program Files\Debugging Tools for Windows (x64).

Most of the dumps point to a hardware error, but the latest one that did was from July. No evidence of a BSOD from September in Event logs, and no dump file saved.

The last BSOD recorded, August 25, blames PC Tools. I would suggest removing that.

I see you have both Debugging Tools for Windows, and BlueScreenView installed. Both of those are methods to view your own dumps.

For now, I recommend deleting all dumps in your C:\Windows\Minidump folder, and watching to see if you get more BSODs.

If you do, post back here with the BSOD Posting Instructions info again.
