BSOD and other errors

I have been having this problem for a while and don't know what to do.
While playing games like cod 4, Battlefield BC2, and some other games, all online the computer freezes and the only way to make it move again is to reset.
But lately i have been having other problem. I think it maybe related because all the problems happen while i'm connected to the internet. Lately it has crashed and it appears BSOD message. This is what it says:
Error name: "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION"
Technical Information:

"Stop 0x0000003b(0x000000000c0000096, 0xfffff880094f98f1, 0xfffff8800b411cc0, 0x0000000000000000)
kernel.amd64 - Adress fffff880094f98f1 base at fffff88009478000, Datestamp 4581d357"

I think it maybe related because this only happens when i do something on the internet. Watching a video or uploading something, or playing online games.
Plus sometimes it freezes and not even the reset button works. I have to turn it completely off and in 5 seconds turns back again on its own. I don't understand much of it, but i went to event viewer and not all the errors are totally alike, so i don't know if that means the cause is different. I have lots of critical errors and all from the source: kernel power; and event: id 41.
I have other errors with name "KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDELED" and other with no name.
All help is welcome, and if possible, could someone try to understand the BSOD error and tell me the cause? My hardware is all new except for the hard drive, so i don't know what to do. Sorry for being so long but i was trying to be as specific as i could.
Thanks in advance.

Our BSOD analysts require the DMP files to enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms.
Upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.

To ensure minidumps are enabled:
** Until a .dmp file is generated, the Minidump folder may not exist.**

*Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl Press Enter.
*Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
*Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
*Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kb) in the drop down box (the 256kb varies).
*Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.

I don't know why but they are gone. I had lots of them... But anyway, some guy told me it was because of everest drivers. It was an old version. The problem is i only had that blue screen when i wanted. If i made a report for the everest site, it would always give BSOD. I did that because when other BSODs appeared, i didn't have time to write anything down. And now its not even in the minidumps... But even so, the problem i have in games, it is not supposed to appear in the minidumps file, right? Cause the pc just freezes, it doesn't give BSOD. Well tell me something, if you can, to help me get any diagnosis. I'll be waiting for another crash lol. And won't use everest again. I thought the everst problem would be related to the other problems.

Thanks for your help.

That explains it. But it doesn't tell much...
Well thanks for your help anyway. I am still waiting for any other BSOD.
And as i asked before, when it freezes, does it send something to minidumps file? Because if it does, i can just play cod 4 and it will freeze in like 10 minutes or so.
And even without the minidump file, don't you have any idea of what could be the problem? Hardware, software? Because my hardware is almost all new and i don't what could cause this kind of problem. I couldn't run memtest86 but i tried each of the 3 rams alone in different slots and had the same problem. I would be very unlucky if all the 3 had the same problem, i think... And drivers are updated too. Plus checked for virus and malware. Malwarebytes found 10 problems that were already removed. I doubt that will fix it, but who knows?... I tried so many things and nothing worked. I'll tell if it works. Meanwhile, if you have any idea, please say whatever you think. I could be missing the most simple thing.
Thanks in advance.

Troubleshooting steps you may care to try -
* Go to search, type device manager and look for any yellow warning markers

* Make sure that you are not over heating.
* Make sure PSU is working properly
* If overclocking, restore to original
* Test hard drive at company website.
*Clean boot. You may discover what is causing your problem.

I have tried furmark and prime95. I wasn't able to try Memtest86. But as i said, i tried each ram alone. About device manager, everything ok. Temperatures ok. PSU is working correctly i think. Don't know how to see that but i have a new one with less than a week. Nothing overclocked. About hard drive, if it isn't software, would have to go with that. Is the oldest thing in my pc and may have some problem. And don't know how to test it. I haven't had any problem today. I'm trying to test with what gives me problems. I was playing COD 4 and i was able to play 3 maps, which is much more than usual. Maybe i was just lucky... But i'll get back to it and tell you if it freezes again.
Thank you for all the tips. Now if the problem comes up again, i know some things to try.
