Once in a while, the PC will restart itself and sometimes in BSOD with memory dump which I don't understand how to read nor figure out what's wrong.

I've already replaced new RAM as previously found out faulty RAM and also replaced new graphic card as fan of the old one isn't functioning.

I've attached the results of Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 and PERFMON.

Thanks for helping and if possible let me know how to find out what has gone wrong.

Thank you so much.

Hello,
One dump file indicates AVG and Realtek NDIS driver that causing the crash.
So I suggest you to uninstall AVG then replace it with MSE.
http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/

Update this driver:
Code:
Rtnicxp.sys Sun Mar 30 21:41:05 2008 → [URL="http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=7&PFid=10&Level=3&Conn=2"]Realtek 10/100/1000 NDIS 5.1 Driver[/URL]
Did you use any registry cleaning program?
I think it's better not to use that kind of program unless it's urgent need.
Left over / junk registry from unused programs won't harm your Windows, but a little registry mistake/delete/corruption that made by 3rd party program will cause system instability.

Hi Wisnu,

I've got couple BSOD and restart after ... I then installed a new NIC and disabled the onboard NIC.

I've attached a new zip with new memory dumps and perfmon report.

Just wondering is it time to get a new system as this one been causing too much problem?

Hello BlueSky,
Yes it maybe hardware failure.
Try to disable Floopy Disk through Bios then see how things go.

If the problem persist then perform these hardware tests:
