BSOD and Random Resets

Hey all, new to forums :)

Just went and bought myself a brand new PC, installed Windows 7 Professional, 64 bit.
After a few hardware issues (now resolved with the store I bought them from), the computer seemed to be running fine. I then installed steam, and after updating I immediately got a BSOD with;
BAD_POOL_HEADER
as the error message. I then uninstalled steam, which also led to the same BSOD.
After reinstalling steam with no issues, the computer has started randomly restarting when under a bit of load (not much really, just multitasking a bit).

Hardware is as follows:

Gigabyte gA-870A-UD3 AMD 870 AM3 DDR3 Motherboard
WD 3.5" Blue 500gb HDD
Powercolor 6850 GPU
8GB DDR3 1600 G.Skill Trident RAM
AMD AM3 Phenom II x4 955 3.2ghz Quad Core
Corsair TX-650 ATX PSU

The computer runs PERFECT when not trying to boot games etc :)

Any help will be greatly appreciated

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.

To ensure minidumps are enabled:

Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
OK your way out.
Reboot if changes have been made.
