BSOD and sometimes no startup

Hello, I recently have been getting BSOD with the error STOP: 0x000000FC (0x9D92D550, 0xBDED4963, 0x9D92D4DC, 0x00000000). Also when I go to restart my computer, it will go to a black screen with just my mouse which I am able to move. I tried running a windows memory diagnostic, but it seems that my computer froze during that also. I have Windows 7 32-bit and my computer is an ASUS. My processor is an Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q8300 @ 2.50 GHz and I have 4 sticks of 2 GB Ram. I have the dump below and I would appreciate it if anyone could help me with my problem! Thank you!

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.



To ensure minidumps are enabled:

Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
OK your way out.
Reboot if changes have been made.

Ah, thank you, it turns out minidumps were not enabled so I just enabled them right now. Since that last BSOD none have happened so far, it seems that starting up the computer is hard. But once it starts up it seems fine. It just freezes sometimes when starting. Thanks again and if it goes to a blue screen again I will upload the dump.
