Hello, I'm having BSOD with my HP Pavilion dv4 1114nr laptop recently. They appeared out of nowhere, when I playing video game, when I browsing, even just a switching between windows with Alt+Tab.

I uploaded the dump files.

Please help. Thank you.

It seems the uploaded zip is full of dumps, but misses other files.

Run this command in an admin command prompt, it'll create some files on the desktop. Select the files, copy them to a zip file and upload the zip.
Code:
dxdiag /t %Temp%\dxdiag.txt&copy %Temp%\dxdiag.txt "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\SFdebugFiles\"&type %SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\etc\hosts >> "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\hosts.txt"&systeminfo > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.txt"&driverquery /v > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\drivers.txt" &msinfo32 /nfo "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\msinfo32.nfo"&wevtutil qe System /f:text > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\eventlog.txt"&reg export HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\uninstall.txt"&reg export "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components" "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\installed.txt"&net start > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\services.txt"&REM wmic startup list full /format:htable >"%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\startup.html"&wmic STARTUP GET Caption, Command, User >"%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\startup.txt"&copy %SystemRoot%\minidump\*.dmp "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\"

Files that are created:
  • *.dmp,
  • dxdiag.txt,
  • hosts.txt,
  • systeminfo.txt,
  • drivers.txt,
  • msinfo32.nfo,
  • eventlog.txt,
  • uninstall.txt,
  • installed.txt,
  • services.txt,
  • startup.txt

Due to the amount of dumps your desktop may get full, I edited the command so the other files are generated first.

Thank you for your reply, axe0.

I uploaded the files you ask for.

As for my problem, I tried to remove 1 stick of RAM and another still working fine. But sometime the BSOD would appear but leave no message of what kind of BSOD it is.

Thank you.

Update Windows, you need at least the Service Pack before we can start troubleshooting.
It is a requirement to have your system updated, tons of updates are bugfixes for BSODs and other stability problems.
