this error occurs a few weeks ago, i don't know what went wrong. it started when it's automatically restarts my computer a few times, and then the computer lags and freezes and BSOD appear. the BSOD said something like KERNEL_INPAGE ERROR. my computer is now unusable (it keeps freeze and lags alot and i have to hard close it by pressing the power button) and i know nothing about fixing it, so, i beg to all of the professionals here to help me out!
additional information: after i gave up on fixing the computer, i re-try to retrieve some of my important data from it, but it keeps on lagging and freezing (i tried to work fast to avoid the BSOD from shutting down my computer). after i tried to copy the data i wanted to my external hard disk, it says 'unable to read the file or the hard disk'. i am so upset, and i really need my old data again. please help me out.
please tell me every step i have to do since i am not so good with computer repairing
