BSOD using Firefox, error 0x80070570 (Finally pb Mathematica fonts)

Hello,

BSOD appears when using Firefox after a few minutes. (When I use Google Chrome, no crash)
The morning before the first appearance, I installed, and used Deamon Tolls once, and I unstalled it.

I have done sfc /scannow - chkdsk at the start
The attempts "System Restore" before the date of installing "Daemon Tolls" didn't work (probleme of registry)

Hi TiglioNoce.

It appears that the BSOD is caused by fonts. Have you installed any font/program including fonts lately?

Browse to C:\Windows\Fonts, and delete the fonts those you have lately installed before the BSODs started to occur.

If you cannot access to the fonts folder in normal mode, try in safe mode.

Then rebuild the font cache. Go to C:\Windows\System32\ and delete the "Fntcache.dat" file there. Then restart the computer. On restart, a fresh font cache will be built.

Moreover, it appears that he G Data AntiVirus is also contributing to the BSODs.

Uninstall G Data AntiVirus. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Solved : pb from Mathematica Fonts

Thanks for your analyse and councils.

It was impossible to open the directory [Windows>fonts] in normal mode or safe mode : a BSOD appeared each times.
So the problem was there.

I remenbered that yesterday, I installed the version 8 of Wolfram Mathematica (the version 7 was already installed). Then (problem of license's number given by the University for this version was not the right one), I uninstalled the version 8, and reinstalled the version 7 (uninstalled before during the installation of the version 8) with the right License's Number.

So today, with the indications of your reply, suspecting the fonts'problem could come from Mathematica, I ran the MS Dos Command-Line Interface as Administrator and went to the [Windows>fonts] directory, I deleted all the fonts beginning by mathema*.
I restarted the computer, and was able to open the directory [Windows>fonts] and ran Firefox without problems and without BSOD.

I uninstalled Mathematica version 7. I rebooted. Everything fine without BSOD. And then I re-installed Mathematica version 7 from the cd. Everything fine (able to go to the [Windows>Fonts] directory). But as soon as, I've rebooted and the BSOD re-appeared when I tried to display the [Windows>Fonts] directory. This directory has been updated with the reboot.

I went to the Wolfram Mathematica support for fonts. I download Mathematica version 9 fonts (version 9 and 8 were only proposed, not the version 7.. and it was not clear if version 8 was referring to Mathematica version 8 or Windows 8, so I chose version 9 ...). I unzipped the file. 3 directories were proposed called SVG, True Type, Type 1. With the MS Dos Command-Line Interface, I checked in the [Windows>Fonts] directory, the Mathematica Fonts were all with the TTF extension. So I copied all the TTF fonts from the True Type directory (of the unzip downloaded directory from Wolfram's site) and did a "pasted and replace" in the [Windows>Fonts] directory.

Now I am able to open the [Windows>Fonts] directory, run Firefox without BSOD.

So it's resolved, thanks to your help and tips.
