BSOD arising seemingly randomly, custom PC, DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

I was in the other room. My custom build (Asus Z9PE-D8 WS/2x8 core Xeon 2670/128 GB ECC RAM) was running a few Win XP VMs which were running instances of Vuescan with scanners scanning repeatedly. I came back to a restarted computer. The seemingly inconclusive dump reports are in the attached zip. In the past I've had crashes while doing very RAM intensive video editing, although multiple runs of memcheck haven't turned up any RAM problems. The attached dumps seem to suggest an unspecified problem driver.

Hi featheredtar.

The zip you uploaded does not contain any crash dump.

Follow it: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html
Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Dont run any disc cleanup tool before you upload another zip.

Hmm, ok. I thought it would work since I have a C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP file. SF Diagnostic Tool only works with minidumps?

Yes.

And we ask for minidumps.
